Hi people. So, with all the books that came out these last years, I wanted to know how my fellow Khorne CSM players liked their list.
What do you prefer between KDK, Hounds of Abaddon and World Eaters Legion (CAD or Detachment).
Which units do you take, formations, allies, etc. ? Express yourself.

Depends on what you need I suppose.

If you wanna build a CSM Deathstar then KDK Fleshhounds are the best thing ever.
If you want some.neat detachment rules or the talisman of burning blood then go world eaters/burger horde
And I guess the hounds of abbaddon are alright of you want a relatively cheap detachment .....although honestly I haven't spent much time with the auld hounds.

Anyways my take away is that what khorne madmen you take is dependant on what function you want them to fullfill

I love the blood tithes mechanic and the how daemons and CSM are back in one codex, everything else is meh at best. Not talking power wise here, I'm just not feeling KDK.
I still prefer actual CSM and now with legions they're just as good for making a melee heavy list. So KDK can go suck it for all I care.

And then I prefer hounds over WE as I prefer Black Legion. ObSec is cool and all but I prefer to beat the snot out of units, which hounds do better than WE by an order of magnitude.
Plus I get to choose the size of my core better than I can with WE. List building in general is more interesting with BL I find.
I find that both are pretty even if building the same kind of list, with WE taking the lead depending on how much you value ObSec.
BL are spoiled for choice when it comes to ObSec units in a CAD though and it's not like your entire army will be just hounds.
