This is a kill team I made based on the wrack box. It comes with a lot of options for wargear and for miscellaneous I decided to do modifications that were either in the box like an extra arm, or things you could "reasonably" expect from a wrack.
I based the universal rule off the necrons but I picture wracks as being hard to put down at all times, not just recovering and that they would suffer lost limbs and such while still trying to kill you. So I made their USR so that they take flesh wounds on a 1-2. Some weapons are taken with a creative liberty for interest's sakes. Like the scissorhand and flesh gauntlet in the codex are very similar so I gave them quite different functions so they weren't just another poisoned 4+ weapon.
Special Operatives are the Mandrake, Ancient Haemonculus and Grotesque. I made the Ancient Haemonculus less fast with move 4 and less combat oriented since he doesn't have multi limbed horror but I made it so he has medic and scavenger as I see him at being easily able to stitch up a wrack team and Ancient Haemonclus stir from their lairs looking for the next best masterpiece.
