What type of red are you looking for as an overall effect?

"Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there? Cruelty and injustice, intolerance and oppression. And where once you had the freedom to object, to think and speak as you saw fit, you now have censors and systems of surveillance coercing your conformity and soliciting your submission. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror. " - V

The official colour from gw would be squig orange.
Which works fine from my experience.

The Dog-house

I'd go with Fire Dragon Bright in a very, very detailed edge highlight.

H.B.M.C.- The end hath come! From now on armies will only consist of Astorath, Land Speeder Storms and Soul Grinders!
War Kitten- Vanden, you just taunted the Dank Lord Ezra. Prepare for seven years of fighting reality...
koooaei- Emperor: I envy your nipplehorns. <Magnus goes red. Permanently>
Neronoxx- If our Dreadnought doesn't have sick scuplted abs, we riot.
Frazzled- I don't generally call anyone by a term other than "sir" "maam" "youn g lady" "young man" or " HEY bag!"
Ruin- It's official, we've ran out of things to talk about on Dakka. Close the site. We're done.
mrhappyface- "They're more what you'd call guidlines than actual rules" - Captain Roboute Barbosa
Steve steveson- To be clear, I'd sell you all out for a bottle of scotch and a mid priced hooker.

I've used Dwarf Flesh to highlight red before - Cadian or Bestigor Flesh would be the equivalent now, I think.

Tuskgor fur can also work as a highlight for Wazdakka red.

Sorry I meant what type of red are you going for, like a deep strong red, yellowy red, blue red etc?

Most (all?) of the highlight colours mentioned are all yellow based reds, so they will change the tone of the miniature (as wazdakka is more blue red) so it depends on what effect you are after.

May I suggest using one of the AoS Khorne tutorials as a base for your World Eaters?

Spoiler:

Yeah would agree; depends on whether you definitely want Wazdakka read as your base? If you are then I'm not sure there are many highlight colours in the same tone and you will have to make some of your own (perhaps by adding a lighter reddish purple, but then you consistency issues).,
