I have about 5000 points of Tyranids for sale. About 1000 points are painted to iffy tabletop quality, the rest are either primed (bleached bone) or untouched (but assembled). A few of the important units are magnetized to switch out options. A few of the units- ones that didn’t have a model a few years back (some of which now do, like the tervigon), I made conversions for myself, pretty proud of the tervigons. This also comes with a huge number of bits, all bagged and labeled or still on sprue, as well as a 40k carrying case and a few other boxes for transport. I realize two of the “characters” are no longer supported by the codex. You’re also welcome to the old rulebooks and codexes, although they are no longer current.
