I have two Stormravens on the way to me from ebay.

I have a question on painting and assembly. I plan on magnetizing everything on the two of them.

Is it better to paint the entire parts up disassembled or assemble the entire model then paint it up?

I have access to an air brush and it seems to be that painting it while it's still in pieces would be a lot easier, but then I will need to scrap the edges to allow glue welding.

I found the easiest thing to do was to assemble it in two halves; the top (I.e. Wings, turret, cockpit, engine etc) and the bottom half (everything else - tail, landing gear, troop compartment etc) in the other assembly and paint it up that way

"Trust in the Emperor at the hour of battle.
Trust to him to intercede, and protect his warriors true as they deal death on alien soil.
Turn their seas to red with the blood of their slain.
Crush their hopes, their dreams
And turn their songs into cries of lamentation."
- "Uphold the honour of the Emperor",
