So we are getting round to painting some Silver Tower mini's and eventually some shadows over hammerhal guys, we would like to give them all the same type of base so they match but we are not bothered about them matching the rest of our forces.
We have the classic goblin green bases, rubble bases, snow bases, frost bases, dry cracked earth bases, black and white palace bases.
does anyone have any ideas for silver tower? the tile pieces are very bright and colourful but we don't think this would work on a models bases.
Our main idea is to do a multi tonal grey stipple effect but the larger bases deserve something a bit more lavish surely!
thoughts and opinions?
