I wpuld like to begin work On my models for my chapters gereral labour force. I'm thinking there should be a fifty fifty split of male and female serfs/housekarls. I know my OCs housekarl is a young woman Who is skilled at medicine and is quite savy as a scribe, she how ever has no use of her legs. so Im not sure if I should kit bash a seritor or try to make a wheelchair.
The chapter also would have tattoo artist as they scibe their victories into there skin.
also not sure what chapter serfs woul look like.

its a question Im not sure where to start. I Haven't really seen any examples of chapter serfs, so I don't gave a baseline to work with.

I'd start with ad mech and guard infantry and look into any kit that comes with servitors.

Those would be good starting models to base serfs.
