Does anyone have a formula they use to convert the stats of Warhammer Fantasy Battle units into Age of Sigmar stats? A friend has a copy of the old Nippon book and I was thinking about trying to convert those units for use in Age of Sigmar.

There's really no way to convert it per-se, you'd just have to homebrew it. I'd probably base the units off current units like Empire, Brets etc.

If the old Nippon book is human, japanese-y types, I would look at Free people's for the stats (like Movement should be 5" for a human) and then look at rules for things like Dark Elf assassins to get ideas for abilities to give Ninjas and such.
