That's a lot of markerlights, and while it's good to have some around, I'm not so sure that you'll be able to effectively make use of all of them. I'd personally drop one of the Pathfinder teams and use those points to get some Devilfish for your Fire Warriors. If you can mark for the FW and get them into rapid fire range, they'll do very well for you.
I'm not sure what your plans are for the Commander, but if you aren't attaching him to a unit to take advantage of his Ld10 (which you may be, given the inclusion of the target lock...), I'd drop him down to a Shas'El, give him a Target Array, and hardwire the Multitracker. That will save you a few more points.
The Elites are solid, but if you've got some extra points left over, it might be a good idea to bump one suit in each Crisis squad up to a team leader and give them Target Arrays. That's not entirely necessary given that you've got markerlights around, but it'll make them a little less dependent upon 'light support.
I highly recommend giving the Broadsides the Stabilization System and attaching a pair of Shield Drones to the unit. That combination turns them into a completely different unit, increasing their durability tremendously and allowing you to adjust your firing lane. They're one of the few units which can go into a head to head shootout with a squad of Obliterators and win.
Some people don't like Sniper Drones, and I'm sure others will tell you to take them out, but I've personally got no problem with them.
On any vehicles you take, Decoy Launchers are a good idea. Also, if you've got the points left over, you can give your Devilfish SMS, Multitrackers, and Target Arrays, giving them a good bit of mobile firepower. Perhaps drop a few of the seekers to do this, though I'd personally keep a pair of them around just in case.
Overall, I'd say the list is pretty solid, and should do fine in a normal gaming group setting. The suggestions above are more applicable if you're looking to create a more competitive list.
