WIP Gallery for my Dark Eldar.

Main points:
1. The Raiders have been converted and have little frames at the rear which I'm soon going to finish making into winglets.
2. The Reaver Arena Champions have converted jetbikes (I'm particularly proud of the Hammerhead one) but were too complex/fiddly to do for the whole squad.

To do next:
1. Add on Black as the contrasting colour - I plan to make them segmented black and yellow with black tribal designs.
2. Finish Raider Winglets.
3 Add detail work (eyes, weapon highlights etc.).
4. Varnish

Thoughts? Opinions? Constructive Criticism?

Immediate critique would be...you're using a super thick spray paint (what is it?). It looks reaaaaally globbed on.

Honestly I'd stop where you are and consider stripping and re-spraying them. Army Painter makes a similar colour yellow primer which is not glossy or thick like that.

That heavy paint is going to make painting them a nightmare.

I completely agree. On top of that it looks pretty glossy, and it's always hard to paint on glossy surfaces.

But I love your raiders, they're both very dynamic!

Okay. I will admit, I love the modelling side of the hobby but I'm not a great painter and I need to work on that.

Thanks for the help guys.

Arashen, Segmentum Pacificus

That hammerhead conversion looks spectacular! Love the aesthetic.

I saw with eyes then young, and this is my testament.
