I was wondering if anyone has experience in this:

I've preordered an index which is released on the 23rd (tomorrow), and I want to use it's contents for a game I'm playing tomorrow. Do you know if it is released at midnight for digital download, or at some indiscernible point of time later on the 23rd. Midnight would be ideal so I have more time to plan my list.

Midnight UK time would sure make me happy because that's like 3 PM my time.

I have no specific reason to need my book early, I'm just an impatient person.

Figured it would be more likely to be UK time as GW is based here, but who knows!

Normally they release stuff 10:00 am UK time.

Not this time...it came out at midnight!
