Hi all, struggling a bit with the concept of an Inquisition army. Here's what I'm thinking so far.

750 Inquisitorial Vanguard Detachment, + GK, + Oficio Assassinorum

Inquisitor Coteaz (Terrify) - 100
5 Acolytes (4x Stormbolters) - 48
Jokaero Weaponsmith - 38
Jokaero Weaponsmith - 38

(224 pts)

5x Strike Grey Knights, 1x Psilencer, 3x Halberds, Justicar, Gate of Infinity - 107
5x Terminator Grey Knights, 1x Psilencer, 3x Halberds, Justicar, Gate of Infinity - 238

(345 pts)

Vindicare Assassin - 90
Vindicare Assassin - 90
(flexibly any assassin. I really like the idea of combining Terrify + Callidus. Culexus is monstrous)

Total - 749pts

Tactics:
Anti-Tank:
Jokaero's digital weapon Focused Strike (24" Heavy 1 s7 ap-3 Dd3) is enough to pop some tanks or walkers. Expecting them to buff each other when necessary
GKs can always assault. Do you think I need a Daemonhammer?
Anti-Character:
Vindicares kill characters
Anti-Elite
GK melee
Anti-Horde
Storm Bolters on Everything, Acolytes buffed by Jokaero.. the digital weapon scatter shot is pretty nasty too

Please let me know what you think!

Had a great first game with this list against a Drakhari (Dark Eldar... sp?) friend.

A few key findings.

Purge soul is a workhorse. Incredible ability. I'm considering bringing in some Astra Telepathica psykers for their leadership reduction ability too, but I'm not sure how to fit them in. Compare leadership +d6 across two units, opponent takes mortal wounds equal to the difference if their unit has lower result.

Terminators were insanely resilient. Very impressive. Falchions are amazing. Nemesis doing d3 wounds is fantastic.

Assassins were pretty silly. I rolled a lot of 1s, they only got two shots off with their rifles. However, they got assaulted and did unbelievable well. They're so hard to deal with. Very solid unit but perhaps I need to replace them at 750 and bring them back for 1000.

Storm Bolters did very little, Psilencer did very little. Opponent charged me ASAP.

Jokaero were fun, but their 80 points only took one or two wounds off the table.

Coteaz, via Terrify, and the Terminators were responsible for most of the killing.

I shot everything at a reaver (the open topped transport with sails) and took 1 wound off it, I need more reliable anti-tank solution.
