With the exception of literally a handful of gargoyles and Hormagaunts, these are all the Nids I own. I've been able to stretch it out to an 1850 list. Deathspitters are kinda hard to come by right now (even on eBay, and understandably so), so I may have different melee or ranged weapons on some of the MCs below. Any suggestions are welcome!

I think it's an interesting list, but I'm worried about the speed of movement of the carnifex, how do you plan to approach them at range? Are you going to do the deployment with the underground assault of the Trygon?

As for the synapse, I think it is well distributed with the warriors and Shrikes.

Please tell me how you went on the game.

Carni cant uses the tunnel - hes not troops :(
He'll have to run as fast as he can!
I'd consider putting wings on the 2nd tyrant so he can keep pace with the other one - incase they need to support each other or assault up a flank etc.

So, I bought the Wrath of the Hive Mind box, Tyranid Swarm box, and Start Collecting box along with a set of Zoanthropes. The Carnifex just came with the Swarm box. Considering maybe sometime down the future dropping him behind enemy lines in a Tyrannocyte outside of Synapse range just to distract the opponent.

Hi, I've been reading Index Xenos again, and there is not a single keyword that is "troop", so I assume that "troop" refers to any unit of the army, in the rule of underground assault only refers to <Hive Fleet > as a keyword.

Did i miss anything?

I think the "word" is "Infantry".

The will of the hive is always the same: HUNGER

To that is exactly what I mean, in the entry of the TYRANNOCYTE index, clarifies that they can only go INFANTRY, but in the Trygon, it does not have <keyword>, it simply says "troops units"
