Its been a long time since I've played 40k. Got into it with the new box.

Without knowing much of the lore I painted up a marine and need help with a few things.

Chapter name, originating primarch, Ultima founding or fold into an existing major faction. Suggestions for decals (which will be applied once I can figure out which chapter they are.)
