So I've been collecting a number of different sets and pieces from 40k over the past few years with the intention of getting back into the modelling and painting side of things, life has however thrown me a curve ball and looks like I'm going to have to get rid of everything I've accumulated. Now my girlfriend at the time thought she'd be helpful and clip everything I've bought off the sprue. So every piece is individual.

Now the advice I seek is how best to go about selling these. Some are from sets, a lot was bought from bits sites and ebay due to wanting specific parts for conversions.

Any and all input appreciated

Also, admin apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I've done a reasonable amount of bits selling through eBay. My advice would be to arrange them into like sets (e.g specific weapons) and sell them in bulk. You can copy what other people are doing and just offer them at slightly lower cost per part compared with the current lowest on the site. It's also possible to see completed listings on eBay too.

You can do buy it now for lots that are common and have an established value, and auctions for rarer bits that you're unsure of the true value of.

Anything that isn't sufficiently valuable to sell as a specific part, I'd bundle up into a large job lot (e.g. miscellaneous space marine parts) and these will usually sell reasonably as an auction.

Hope some of that helps!
