Has anyone tried Chapter House Studios recently?

I'm trying to ascertain whether or not they are still in business. The website seems as though it is woefully outdated but they still list stock.

I've attempted to place an order which has gone through successfully and the payment was taken without issue. Initially I was able to login and check the order status through their accounts systems, however, upon trying over the last week to check the progress I can no longer log in... it's as though the back-end of their website has collapsed. I've also tried contacting them via telephone but just get an answering service and I've tried emailing them with no success so far.

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on the situation or if I should just look to recover my funds.

I'd contact your bank and just have them reverse it.

I tried emailing them a while back, but they're gone. It's pretty much over I think. Which is unfortunate as I'd like to get some of their stuff.

Supposedly they shipped a whole bunch of stuff out in February. I'm gonna hold out hope for another 6 months before I try tog et a refund.

I just received an order I placed a few months ago. Nobody else makes a Stormraven mod, so I took a chance, and it paid off. It's slow, but it gets there.

On a side note, the order followed me to my new address (in Peru), so USPS forwarding actually worked!
