Hello everyone,
I'm planning on painting my new primaris marines in the Blood Ravens colour scheme but with a slightly darker red than usual. Does anyone have any guides on how to do this?

P.S. Is painting white armour (i.e. White Scars) as hard as everyone says?

So blood ravens are sort of a combination of brown and red, washed down with brown again. Back in the day I remmember the armour was a 2:1 ratio of blood red to some kind of brown...
If you do a quick goog search you'll see plenty of videos that go about showing you how to paint em

And yes, white blows. Only colour thats worse is yellow
