I'm looking to add more cultists to my army maybe another 20, but there is a problem. I'm tried of modeling and painting the same old guys. what other models make good cultists and how would you model them?

also I never bought dark vengeance I want the heavy flamer and stubber plus the champion with the claw where can I get that? I checked everywhere.

There are a lot of great conversion ideas for cultists. Empire Flagellants (called something else in AoS now) are a great base model combined with Cadian or Catachan bits. You could Chaos up some Ad Mech models to represent the Dark Mechanicus or a cult following the Iron Warriors around.

If you want to go the non GW route Victoria Miniatures has a great line of beast men armed with lasguns plus a ton of other alternative Guard models to play around with.

Genestealer hybrids have a bunch of great bits for making cultists out of other models.

It's just a shame that GW has so few female models. It would be more realistic to mix in some women with cultists and IG.
