Unless I missed it, I didn't see any rules for this model. Will forgeworld release some new rules or is this model history?

Well now that I've actually read it. They just say to use the helbrute datasheet, but with our optional weapons it doesn't give any points value. So I pay to take a helbrute, but I have no idea what a Doom siren costs, 2 blast masters. Any ideas?

The same as on any other model. Just look at the Chaos Index and the price for each individual weapon there.
