I don't think your points are right for the Farseer Skyrunners. First, they cannot have both Witchblade and Singing spear (nor would you want them too since the Spear is the same as a Withchblade in melee). Second, you have to pay for the Twin Cats on their bikes.
Farseer Skyrunner w/ spear should be 178

Also the Crystal targeting Matrix is pointless on your Serpents. You have no Heavy Weapons on it (Shuricannons are Assault, so they don't suffer any penalty for the CTM to ignore)
You also have one of your Dragon units with Ancient Doom & Battle Focus, but if this is a single detachment (it has to be given the choices) all units must give those rules up for SfD.

Otherwise, the list looks really good.
Have you given any thought to the Dragon Exarch taking the Dragon's Breath Flamer? It doesn't cost anything extra (same points as a Fusion gun) and gives you some versatility. Only 1 model can throw a Grenade, so why not have that be the Exarch if you need the Melta Bomb, otherwise you can split-fire the Flamer. Gives some Overwatch too.

I would love to see you drop one Farseer to take Yvraine instead. Would free up points to add platforms to the other guardian sqds too. CTMs are wasted on shuriken serpents as there are no hvy weapons, what's the reasoning?

Made all the changes as suggested. Switched scatter lasers to shuriken cannons on the Serpents and forgot to remove CTM. Thanks for pointing out. Thanks for the help. Its closer to the final list.

I second this. Depending on if the opponent has mass infantry or mass armour, you can link her up with the dragons or wraiths and abuse Word of the Phoenix.

Also, what detachment are you running? You're one troop choice away from a battalion and an extra 3 command points!

I third the yvraine over a second farseer.

You really want the farseer for doom. Having a second is just redundancy.

Also your guardian with shuri cannon unit is 97 points. You missed the 5 points for the heavy platform.

I would put the 2 fire dragons in 1 wave serpent and drop the 6th serpent. With those points as stated take an extra troop choice for another 3 cp.

Drop the vectored engines on the serpents. They are pretty tough to kill as is. And with the 50 points from that, the 50 points from downgrading the farseer to yvraine and the 150 points from the 6th wave serpent pick up a cheap troop unit and a hemlock. They are awesome this edition.

You could even drop the farseer down to on foot and just have a 10 man guardian squad on foot as a bodyguard for them.

Then with any remaining points just take single razorwing flocks. Tho will have to balance the amount of drops you will have as with almost everything loaded up in wave serpents you have a fairly good chance at first turn.

But yeah seems like a pretty potent list.

Wyldcarde - thanks for pointing out.
I've made the changes as advised. Yvraine instead of the 2nd Jetseer. The FD units go in one Serpent. Two small Windrider units added and some Razorwing Flocks.

wait... razorwing flocks gain SfD? that seems like insanity with how people have been abusing them lately

Necrons - 6000+
Eldar/DE/Harlequins- 6000+
Genestealer Cult - 2000
Currently enthralled by Blanchitsu and INQ28.

They might not. Only if they count as infantry or bikes. Which I doubt they would. But it doesn't really matter how they are used in this list. As they are their to provide soulburst and be annoying rather than using the soulburst.

Razorwing Flocks do NOT benefit from SFD. Need to be infantry or bike. Even from the spell thanks to the FAQ.

Correct they do not have SFD. But they do gain the <Ynnari> keyword and thus will get a 6+ to ignore wounds if in range of Yncarne

Indeed, they might not count as infantry. Thanks for pointing out.
But it really doesn't matter.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Vectored engine might not be necessary. But against very shooty armies it could help to keep the Serpents alive and kicking.

Today, I battled Chaos with the above list. Chaos had Kharn as Warlord, Chaos Khornate Lord on bike, Khornate DP, 2x10 Khorne Bezerkers in Rhinos, 9 Bezerkers plus Kharn in a Landraider, 10 Cultists in the backfield, Biker unit, 2 units of Warp Talons, and Maulerfiend.
Maelstrom mission 1 with 6 objectives. I had first turn and killed the Bikers and one unit of Warp Talons. The other unit arrived at the end of movement phase in turn 1. In round 2 my shooting was rather bad. I brought The Yncarne first in contact with the Maulerfiend after it killed one unit of Jetbikers. Starting from round 3 on, the killing began and soulburst caused further casualties so that at the top of round 5 he got tabled. I still had Farseer, The Yncarne, 4 Serpents (all intact) and 2 Fire Dragons left. We had a great laugh with 2 players watching. Soulburst seems to be the new black.
