they're looking really strong, especially with the thing about making the gravis captain strength 5 toughness six, which makes me think that their relic will increase toughness, etc...

what are your guys thoughts?

I'm more interested (and disappointed) that Aggressors get to shoot twice if they don't move. Considering they most likely have 2+ saves and 3 wounds each, unless they are appropriately pointed, this would be particularly damning for 8th edition as "shoot twice" gets removed from Stormsurges and Riptide Wings (justly so), only for the Marines to get it for themselves.

This should perhaps be in the tactic section?

Re-rolls are very good with high power, high variance units. Devestators with lascannons, dreadnought with las cannons. Drop pod with melta (5th edition) or plasma (8th edition) seems nice.

This power is also a pro-active power where you can take the fight to them, as opposed to raven guard who are harder to hit.
