What's the lance from? It's looking great so far, can't wait to see it finished, good use of the Bullygrun shield, it has an I in it already that makes it look very, Inquisitory, and I think it adds to the model a little bit, even if it was unintentional.

the lance, was build off of a Britonians Knights Lance, and a Grey Knights Sword

I'm gonna be a little off the base, and say it's a great conversion but the lance looks a bit too long for the use. Otherwise a great Space Marine Hoplite look.

Its a bloody Lance mate, not a Spear, not a Javalin, A Bloody Lance, ofcourse its going to be really long, but it does get in the way sometimes, so you are right there, but i would not call it to long for use, the model is unaffected by its size
