Heyo Dakka!

You can call me Wendi or Myna! I'm 24, live in Delaware, and own a little Westie dog named Chloe! I am a life long gamer, but still new to 40k and table top wargames in general. Despite this I have been an on and off mini painter for about two years, I started with a Warhammer Fantasy set (the skeletal horse riders, the name escapes me at the moment) while I was stuck in my dorm because of a wicked snow storm. I didn't start painting 40K until my friend (now boyfriend) played a few games with me as a date and now I'm hooked. I am currently building an army for myself, just a little custom chapter of my own, called the Laughing Dogs. I don't consider myself a great painter yet, I have, collectively, about a year of painting experience stretched over twice that time, but I am determined to become really good at it, maybe not today or tomorrow, but some day!

Me and the BF are now doing a podcast, Extended Mayhem 40K, where he introduces me to a new book in the series every week and we discuss it! My hope for the show is that it will help introduce people to the series and entertain the folks that are already experts!

I suppose that's it, I hope y'all have a very safe and enjoyable day

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
