I came across a very well done conversion of an Inquisitor's henchman style soldier but annoyingly enough the link sent em to Pinterest which isn't where it was uploaded originally. If anybody knows what the converter used for the helmet and where I could get a few it would be much appreciated. If anybody knows who the creator of this model is, please let me know as well.

At a pinch, I would say it's this Empire State Trooper head with the plume removed, but the helmet is not uncommon.

That model is a Genestealer Cults Neophyte Hybrid with an Age of Sigmar Freeguild Guard head on it.
