Looking at getting the phoenix model, but before deciding what to do it up as what is the current rule on his phoenix reborn ability - does it require points setting aside and treating as a summon, or does it count as replacing models (no points)?

It costs points to be reborn unfortunatly.

This is because it has to spend a 'turn' off the table so it becomes a new unit.
