Pretty cool. The purple's a lovely shade and the bright turquoise contrasts well.
Not sure about the faces being completely consumed by the blue, it definitely doesn't suit the rangers. The transition from dust to cloak on some of the skitari looks pretty harsh in places too.
They look pretty good...very "typical" if I can say that from a commission painting service using heavy airbrush with over-the-top OSL stuff. That's not to say it's bad, and I'd be happy to face it on the tabletop...but these kinds of paintjobs seem to be a dime a dozen on here.
The bases on the other hand - the black needs to be painted red/dirt to match or really touched up - they let down all of the miniatures.
The glow effects on the Mechanicus do make them pop. I like the colour palette, though I think the orange weathering is too strong; their clothes and boots shouldn't be as (or in some cases more) orange than the ground.
