Well unless pop goes the monkey is on fire right now, you might be able to contact him. he makes good shoulder pads on shape ways.

shape ways sells them for something like 10 for 5$ to 10$

so it would be that and probably a commission charge

also just look through shape ways you may find that custom icon already done.

You can also get some of that press-on plastic mold material (forgot the name of the original product. Something Something Blue) and just sculpt your own chapter badge with some greenstuff and then mold them on as you see fit.

Yeah, my brother have some green and blue stuff and is pretty successful with it. I may try it, too.
