I have a tournament coming up on Saturday and would love to get a stamp of approval. The army plays reactively. The Farseer and Warlock stay back in the two Guardian bubbles. The Skyweavers, Ravagers, and Warrior filled Raiders fly around stealing objectives and harassing. The Solitaire and Mandrakes are my reactive units. Solitaire sits with the casters and guardians to counter charge anything that comes close. Ideally, this would be turn 2 when the Mandrakes pop out and re-roll charges from power from pain to assist the Solitaire.

I normally don't build a list that relies on psychic support, but Doom really complements the low strength hard hitters: splinter weapons, shurikens, Mandrakes, Solitaire, and Skyweavers. I can't begin to express my love for Mandrakes shooting a Doomed target (vehicle or infantry) and pumping out all the mortal wounds.

If there are any glaring weaknesses that I've missed, I would love the know (the singing spear was because I had 7 extra points). Thank you in advance for your feedback!

would you consider trading in the akyweavers for shining spears? Skyweavers don't really even get a look in in pure harlequin lists.
Also units of 20 guardians have proven to be a liability for me so far. I think you could run 2 units of 10 and still get the same result.

I would strongly consider trading in the Guardians for Corsairs, or just simply taking more Kabalites instead. Each of those Guardian blobs costs you 220 points a pop and Corsairs are extremely competitively priced with all the flexibility of a Tactical Squad.

Assuming you want to keep the AMLs:

Corsair Reavers (5) - Shardcarbines AML x1, Felarch - 85 Points for the unit
Corsair Reavers (10) - Shardcarbines AML x2, Felarch - 165 Points for the unit
Corsair Reavers (15) - Shardcarbines AML x3, Felarch - 245 Points for the unit
Corsair Skyreavers (5) - Shardcarbines, AML x1, Felarch - 100 Points for the unit
Corsair Skyreavers (10) - Shardcarbines, AML x2, Felarch - 195 Points for the unit

Both units can take one of the following per 5: AML, Blaster, DL, Flamer, Fusion Gun, Shredder, Shuriken Cannon, Splinter Cannon. The AML, DL and both Cannons are nice for the Reavers while any of the non-heavy options are great for your Skyreavers.

You will have comparable firepower as well coming from the unit compared to 10-20-Elf Guardian Squads at 12-18" range and things get silly with the Pistols within 8". Given how mobile your army is I would reccomend the Skyreavers due to Jetpacks.

The other option is to drop them for Harlequin Troupes, so that the Solitaire can ride in the Starweaver and actually survive to hit close combat. A unit of 5 with Fusions Guns and Embraces is 150 Points, 249 including the Starweaver. It costs a lot but they will get more work done than the Guardians, whose only use in this list is to sit on objectives and get shot to death from outside of Shuriken Catapult range, never earning thier points back.

Also to add to what has been said: considering switching the Skyweavers to Shining Spears isn't a bad idea. Shining Spears are the hidden gem of the 8th Edition Craftworld list and can pump out some heavy damage even in small 3-Elf units. This get even more crazy in Ynnari lists.
