Hi all,
I need some help tweaking this list - I am trying to recycle the models I had for 7th edition Daemonkin.
Specifically, I need advice on: (1) equipping the Juggerlord;;(2) picking the best Bloodthirster for the list; (3) does only the Battalion count as a "CSM Detachment" here for the legion traits? and (4) artifact/ warlord trait choice. Any other C&C appreciated!

I too am trying to run kdk in 8th. IMO everything for Khorne daemons is too overpriced ATM and I hope chapter approved reduces their points. Currently I use my old jugger lord as a Khorne jugger herald and field just bloodletters. Also I only summon them because they will not last to get into melee.
You're battalion is the only thing getting World Eaters legion traits. The jug lord does not. The bikes in the other detachment should be moved there if you can swing it.

Yeah, summon the bloodletters, you have enough characters to be able to pull it off. put all 20 into one unit still only PL8. I would remove the cultist units to get more Fleshhounds in that unit. I like the rest of the list. I would also look into giving the deamon prince a good artefact, the advancing and charging one is cool, free too.

I would recommend that you bring Plasma Pistols/bolt pistols in the Zerker squads.
You will need help popping open transports. Leave off the chainswords, you have plenty of attacks.
Chain axe is nice.
Combi Melta on the Rhinos as well to help with Popping transports / anti armor.

Someone else is trying to do something very similar. I like your models better.
I like the idea of summoning the Bloodletters. Since it's a Khorne list, I assume the DP will not have access to Warp Time. Shame, it means there's no way to ensure the Bloodletters get the charge the turn they arrive. Think about whether it might make sense to give him a different mark just for that purpose.
There's not a lot of long range weapons on this list. Is it possible to swap the multi-meltas for lascannons on the Helbrutes, just to give you some long range punch? How about combi-plasma on the Rhinos?

Summoning bloodletters is a must i think due to the low toughness
I agree you need more long range las and the helbrutes are (at least in my experience) a good place to get a few apart from preds, i sometimes run three backed up by a lord to reroll those inevitable 1s and they can pile the hurt out long and short range. Also means your opponent thinks twice about attacking them due to the risk of a free shot off the craze table... not much but ive had a few free licky shots taking out magnus and the like
Skarbrand if you have him is great now and adds big punch to units around him, but is a big target
Flesh hounds i feel are lacking now apart from the deny they bring, so they could maybe be dropped in favour of either some long range las or if you really want a fast flanker bloodcrushers who are great now, even switch the jugger lord for jugger herald to further buff these guys
Interested to see where this goes anyway!
