I was going through my collection and found an old Warsmith, Night Lord Hero, a Khorne Champion, Space Wolf Terminator Lord, and a blood angels Chaplain. They weren't special characters, just generic ones made specifically for specific chapters. That got me wondering exactly how many of these Generic, faction specific characters were made. It would be kinda nice to collect them (one representative from each faction).

Note that I'm not talking about something like an "Eldar Hero" or somesuch, but from a specific faction within that race. Like the models for Chenkov or Al Rahem (which were generic characters before). Especially for Eldar and Orks, who I don't know the miniature that well. Were there any specific models like "Goff hero" or "Iyanden Farseer"?

Again, not named characters, just generic ones. If the model was originally a generic character but was later given a name, that's fine.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
