Haven't seen much of this talked about online yet.

Word bearer sorcerers can use a strat to reroll any number of dice and not cop mortal wounds when summoning.
Alpha legion sorcerers can deploy 9 inches away before the game starts with a strat so you're guarenteed to get your daemons within charge distance turn 1. Combine that with an instrument and a CP reroll you can get almost anything into combat turn 1.
Take them in a battalion detachment and bring along 3 units of 40 point cultist squads and you have an objective secured meat shield to protect your characters. With the traits they'll either be -1 to hit them from more than 12" away or rerolling morale.

A daemon prince of khorne (csm codex) can take the relic which allows them to advance and charge and reroll charge distance. Using warp time you can move and advance twice and still charge with him. Put him near your summoned bloodletters or crushers for the boost and they'll shred the opponent's army turn 1.
Daemon princes of other gods can be taken as either a patrol detachment or auxiliary (-1cp but who cares) and then you make them renegade legions which gives them the advance and charge. Again combine with warptime and you'll have them boosting your plaguebearers. daemonettes or horrors turn 1 in combat.
Better yet the 2 sorcerers have plenty of new CSM to boost your prince so he hits better with the axe, has a higher strength and attacks, has a FNP for slaanesh, and can ignore invuln saves. All turn 1.

Bring a supreme command detatchment with 3 daemon HQ that boost models and you're killing it. A herald, one on a chariot or beast, and a named character who boosts other daemons and the synergy is complete. For example, for slaanesh a herald on chariot to move up quickly. the masque and a regular herald.

The rest of the points can be left to summon a close to 30 man troop choice for whatever god you're playing including an instrument. If you use your points right both sorcerers can summon units.

This is all based on only a 1000 point game, with more points you'd have even more flexibility. If you wanted to take one sorcerer as alpha and one as word bearers you'd need them in seperate detatchments so a couple of patrols with cultists would be the way to go. You can also bring two supreme command detachments in a khorne army. Keep the daemon one as I've already explained. But for the CSM one make it prince, sorcerer, sorcerer. Make them either alpha for closer summoning or bearers for higher rolling summoning. Means the prince won't get the renegade trait of advancing and charging but he gets it with the khorne relic anyway. Saves you 120 points on the cultists for even more summoning.

Alternatively, for other gods, you can go one patrol with prince and cultists renegade legion and one patrol with sorc and cultists alpha/bearer legion freeing up even more points for summoning.

Has anyone run these combos yet? Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback

If you're playing Alpha Legion, you can skip the Sorcerer step and just directly deploy a massed unit of, say, Bloodletters at your opponent's doorstep if I'm reading the stratagem directly.

No you can't because blood letters don't have a legion keyword

If you put Daemon units in a CSM detachment, that detachment loses the Legion trait, and cannot use relics, stratagems, or benefit from things like the -1 to hit for Alpha Legion. Summoning them in is just fine, because they aren't part of any detachment and so don't screw your benefits. If I want to run Daemons, I'll probably just take them in a separate detachment since summoning is too gimmicky for my tastes.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/1/23, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~15000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Adeptus Custodes: ~1900 | Imperial Knights: ~2000 | Sisters of Battle: ~3500 | Leagues of Votann: ~1200 | Tyranids: ~2600 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000

Whoops, my bad.

Agreed then, using a separate detachment is probably for the best.

Alas, one cannot run Daemons in a <Legion> transport like the Kharybdis. But a character with a Mark can plop down in an assault claw of whatever sort and summon them that way too.

I've used an Iron Warriors Slaanesh Prince to summon a bunch of Daemonettes. That was pretty fun. And the fiends ran up and prevented the Ultramarines from falling back too

Heads up guys, use alpha legion sorcerers to start the game 9 inches from the enemy for one command point and you summon things for days as close as possible to the enemy 8 inch charge for things that have an instrument

You can use Warp TIme in conjunction to push them up to 3" away, giving them an almost unmissable charge.

No you can't? Warp Time only works on Heretic Astartes units, not Chaos Daemons.

Yep, not daemons. Honestly getting them that close is fine by me. 8 inch charge with a CP reroll without them getting shot once is a game winner. Plaguebearers don't have to foot slog across the table for 3 turns, daemonettes an bloodletters can hit a front line 30 man strong, getting the 20+ perks. Mix it up with a daemon prince nearby and a related booster character and you're going places.
