If you absolutely had to pick one of the two I'd go with combi-plas for better range and double tap capability.

Combi-plas is scary on a Rhino, one bad roll and your whole tank blows up. Personally I'd just go double combi-bolter for the price.

Yes, but you're paying a hefty price for Plasma if not overcharging consistently.

Personally I go double combi bolter, but melta if I had only those 2 choices. Something kind of funny about Tank hunting rhinos...

How do you put Combi anything on a Rhino? The codex only allows you to take stormbolters or hunter killer missiles?
