As in core rule it said pistol are one handed weapon, if have two pistols must choice which to use..
But in close combat, can I use pistol instead of melee weapons?

No. Pistols are shooting only now. No benefit in the Fight phase.

Even if I can’t spend one of my attack dice on pistol?
If I put in two pistols with no melee weapon.. Only can be use in shooting phase and cannot attack in fighting phase.. or I can use teeth count as attack?

1. Pistols are fired instead of other weapons, but if you have more than one pistol (certain rare units do) you can shoot them both.
2. Pistols are a not a melee weapon. They fire in the shooting phase.
3. If you have no melee weapon, it is assumed you are fighting with fists, clubs, whatever your momma gave you. You use your basic strength stat.

This is covered very clearly in the pistol rules. Last sentence.

Thanks. I better give them a close combat weapon and a pistol. So my unit can shoot in shooting phase and then fighting phase with better melee wargear.
Have two pistols is wasteful.

You can fire both pistols - it states it rather clearly above.
You fire pistols in the Shoot phase. It states in the second paragraph that you fire all of your Pistols or all of your other weapons.
This is why characters like Cypher work "okay", and certain other champions and units are allowed to purchase double pistols. You may fire both in close combat as you're making a standard shooting attack, the Pistol just lets you shoot within 1" of an enemy unit.

You can always make a melee attack even if you don't have a melee weapon. If you have no melee weapon you simply use the strength from the model's profile with no AP and damage 1.
If you need justification for how this is possible for a unit with their hands full of guns, imagine they are kicking, kneeing, headbutting, or pistol-whipping when they melee attack.
