From what i can't seem to find it looks like her profile was never updated and given a points value, is this correct? and if so what would be the best way to rep her on tabletop currently?

Atm it seems you cant. if i where you i would send an email to FW asking them to make rules for her.

Untill it happens the best way to represent the model is just the dragon itself as it has rules and points cost.

How big is the dragon? Could you use her with Neferata's rules, maybe? Or as a Vampire on Zombie Dragon?

Write your own warscroll for her.

Take the points for a Battlemage and add them to the points for a Carmine Dragon.

It is same as with Theodore Bruckner (the old Empire demigryph character); last I checked there are no rules. (Does the landship have rules either?) It makes me really hesitant to buy any FW stuff that can't be directly used as a proxy for something in GW main studio rules, as it seems that FW is completely willing to leave really expensive models without rules once they go out of production.

Yeah good question about the landship, i could likely see them expecting you to use the steam tank rules as a substitute but they put these models into production and should have taken the time to write some rules for them but with elspeth im not really sure because she doesn't quite fit the role of wizard on griffon and has more a death vibe going on about her which is what really lured me into buying the model, i'll have to see how she runs as Neferata in my free peoples army.

Also think of a special signature spell and you're set up in an AoS style.
