With the new codex, can BA priest no longer take Jump Backs or bikes? Someone mentioned using the Index but i am not sure if the Codex over rides the index. I took about 2 years off and I am just now getting back in.

The last page of the Designer's Commentary (v2) includes a flow-chart for what to do if you want to use an option that was in the Index but not the Codex.

"No Model, No Rules, Conversions are verboten" is the mantra nowadays.

However this is the one time they have actually stated the intent of the rules, which is to allow older players to keep their now codex-illegal models playable-legal, rather than let everyone keep all the options.
