Looking good, but some suggestions. I would take devourers (unless cannon is for antitank) on the flyrant, and maybe trim a few genestealers from each unit to add more hormaguants as a screen. I usually run two 20 gaunt units in front of two groups 16 stealers. Also you can get away with using a normal trygon, as the swarmlord and (guessing) deep striking flyrant should be halfway up the board, and their 18" synapse ( I think its 18?) should reach over to the termaguants.

The thing is that i don't need more anti ainfantry fire in my list, and that cannon is very useful against vehicles, characters and obliterators.

Every single hit not saved is 3 wounds, and this is amazing!

To be honest I really like this setup for the Hive Tyrant.

From 40 genestrealers to 32 there is a huge difference and 2 power swords less too...

And i use the hormagaunts just for screening against deep strikers or smites.

If they manage to survive turn one is only a bonus!

Totally Agree but i couldn't find anything nice for only 30 points...

Wanted to put a single Biovore but I don't have any, so i used these points for promoving the Trygon to Trygon Prime, not for the Synapse but for the Shadow in the Warp and with that I have 4 of them.
