Hi, i'm Francesco from Venice, Italy (sorry for the bad english..) and from January i've an addiction...
I always would start to play w40k but never had the bravery to begin.. but now my brother gave me some units of tyranids (my brother knows me... ! ) and just begun to paint and play.
Every time I need some info and i search the internet for that i came across this forum, so i tought that could be nice to subscribe and make my first questions..

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...

Hello and welcome to Dakka!

Your English doesn't have to be perfect, there are Dakka users from all over the world and all we really care about is wargaming.

I got into 40k when I was given a Start Collecting Eldar myself, and soon I found myself having a whole bunch of them. You may have more 'nids than you think in a year or so...

Hey and welcome!

Don't feel bad about not being an English first language speaker. It's a lingua franca - people are meant to only do their best, not be perfect!

I hope that you have a wonderful time with your new hobby!
