Hey all, I picked up some shadespire models, and when I try to file them it creates scars and a sawtooth effect. Is this only on easy to build models, because on regular models this doesn’t happen. Anyone know how to fix this?

The colored plastics seem to be a little bit different than the grey stuff.

(heck I had primed a bunch of new skaven shade spire with corax white and the color shifted to a green it was strange)

you can get rid of the scratch with a fine grit sanding stick pretty easily and even then it shouldn't matter too much as a primer will fill most of the smaller scratches

the bigger stuff you may need to sand

Appears to be too soft. Try sandpaper instead.
