Not sure about the scale between these two models or how well they'd fit together but I thought I'd ask about this as a possible conversion:

Talos body + head, Trygon tail and...? Just do regular Daemon Prince arms for the malefic talons? Does it need anything else on top of that? I thought this might make a nice Slaaneshy Daemon Prince but the more I look at the two models, the less I see it.
