I’m still relatively new to 8th edition eldar and I’m still trying to build a list that will deal with 3 Leman Russ Battle Tanks and the infantry that comes with it. Are there any suggestions to a high quality Biel-Tan list that can deal with IG?

Well, if you want to deal with 3 Leman Russ's and their infantry support, and I'm not saying this is a rare insight or anything, but lose the Dire Avengers, Guardians, and Swooping Hawk and replace them with 2 more 5 man Dark Reaper Squads. That will give you 16 DR's effective vs both tanks and infantry, put the Fire Dragons in the Shuriken Serpent, another 6 man reaper squad in the other one, and I think 1000pts of IG would have a real hard time surviving that list.

Of course "more Dark Reapers" is a pretty effective answer to just about anything honestly, so be ready to be accused of spam.

What would the tactic be for the 6 man Reaper squad in the Wave Serpent? Does the Wave Serpent just tank shots for them? Because I know the Reapers are not affected by movement, but I’ll only be able to do fire and fade twice with 4 command points.

This list seems to fit both anti infantry and anti vehicle quite well. I used Ulthwé because of the Guardian stratagem they could use after using Webway strike to shoot effectively into infantry blobs, and the Shining Spears will become slightly more durable. I know Alaitoc is best for Dark Reaper spam, but I only really want to play an Ulthwé or a Biel-Tan army. And on second thought, this new list also works with Biel-Tan because of the Aspect Warriors and the Shuriken Guardians and Wave Serpent.
