Which are you preferred psychic powers?
I'm leaning towards Unleash Rage and Wing of Sanguinus for my regular librarians
Mephiston probably Wings, unleash rage and I'm pondering the third.
I look forward to your pearls of wisdom!

If you ever play with "that guy" remember this :
"there may be times when you are not sure exactly how to resolve a situation that has come up during play. When this happens, have a quick chat with your opponent and apply the solution that makes the most sense to both of you (or seems the most fun!), If no single solution presents itself, you and your opponent should roll off, and whoever rolls the highest gets to choose what happens." It really depends on usage.
Overwatch denial librarian with jp and angels wing. -> wings of sang and quickening/unleash rage. Quickening gives you 3" to charge if I remember right.
For buffer of SG then unleash rage..
For mephy is a monster slayer so quickening, wings of sanguinius and unleash rage. Rage upon himself if no better targets entering combat.
My 50 cents..

I was tempted by blood boil, but as smite comes as standard is the ability to target it worth it?
Doh.. forgot that quickening is probably a must have for mephy!

Yes, it absolutely is. And you can do both if you don't need to cast wings.
T3 characters are obnoxious and need to die.

My JP librarian gets Unleash Rage (for SG/DC or Captain) and Wings (easier cast than Quickening).
Libby Dread gets quickening and wings.
