So I just love Assassins, particularly Eversors. For the points man they are insane. Deepstriking, 6W, 2+ to hit, 6A, 8 on a charge with a 3D6 charge distance, 4+ Invul, and one of the best pistols in the game, they are just awesome. Honestly I don't know why they are the least expensive of them all, and the Vindicare is the most. Don't get me wrong, the Vindi is no joke, but in 5 rounds they aren't so much damage dealers as being good at putting approximately 10 wounds where you want them, if they get to shoot every round. But the damage the Eversor can put out is nutty. Sometimes I just want to field like 10 of them just to see what the carnage and confusion in the enemy ranks would be.

Runner up to them I think would be Inquisitor Greyfax, assuming you're up against psykers or Daemons. For the points she can really stymie a lot, especially if you have a Culexus with her. And 3D rerolling hits and wounds on quite a few common keywords is no joke, especially being able to target characters that fit those keywords too.

They may still be undercosted. I think always hitting on a 3+ is an overpowered ability that is nearly impossible to balance appropriately. But I'd say Shining Spears (who were untouched in the last balance pass) are definitely better PPM value.
