Posted this elsewhere, but due to some very short space marine's I have, I decided to say they are squat's...wondered if anyone had any suggestions on minor flourishes for a Tac squad that is suppose to be squats (I will be using the rules for Tac squads)

here is a pic of them

Lol, those are the early 90s models. Where did you dig those up?

Squats = space dwarves. Maybe some runes? You could find some on transfer sheets. The dark imperium box has a whole decal section for space wolves with plenty of runes on it. For close combat weapons stick with axes and hammers.

Just my 2 cents...

You should post a size comparison pick with a regular tac marine and a primaris model though.

They have literally been in a box since 1999 of misc. miniatures I had around the house...was not into 40k at the time...

Was thinking Power Fists on the Sgt's.. (just a paint job and wire thing)....Tking the real Sgt and making it into more of a conversion (you can see the WIP in the pic)...probably put it on a bigger base to be a "captain/lt"

You can see some Primaries Marines in the background but will do a close up of a guardsman and a Primaries later for you
