I'm sure everyone is familiar with the "silhouette style" MDF ruins. In addition to being ubiquitous they are also pretty, er, boring. But oh man are they cost effective. Inspired by others, I set out to make a set with more visual appeal.

Nice work. I always tell people that the majority of boring MDF should be viewed as a blank slate instead of a finished product. Some companies put a lot of work into them, others sell dirt cheap silhouettes.

Adding junk, debris, texture, pipes, colour, etc. A lot of good ways to sprue up stuff. I've added cabling, call-boxes, coffee-stirrer based slats over windows, collapsed doors, etc.
