There's a group that meets at Pandemonium Books in Cambridge. I'm not sure which night they're active though.

Howdy y'all! We have an active 40k group in Malden at the Hobby bunker, find us here: https://www.grimdarkgaming.com
We have the largest number of games on Sundays at noon, but we also play Thursday and Friday after-work hours.
Easy walk from the mslden center t stop on the orange line, and tons of free parking on Sundays. Casual to semi-competitive environment on average with about a dozen tables and nice terrain available. We set up games thru the forum.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"
"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"
"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"
"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!" |

If you are in the western suburbs of Boston - Milford has a strong community at Tjs Collectibles.
There is also a Warhammer store in Brookline and one in Franklin.
Plus the Hobby Bunker (which is terrific if you are in that area)!

Battlegrounds (Norton, Abington, Saugus) have nice facilities and run regular events. Not T Accessible though.
Alpha Omega, Very nice store. Run by a former GW Brookline store employee. Nice facilities good stock. A bit of a walk from the T but manageable.
Hobby Bunker. Friendly environment, good stock. Facilities are limited on Sundays so pre-arrange a game is recommended. It's been around a while so doesn't have the same NEW and FLASHY feel the other two have.

Alpha Omega is fantastic, I can not plug them enough. They are great, willing to order anything including FW so you can save on shipping. They have nice play areas, and is a very welcoming community.
We have a 30k community there as well, New England Heresy on facebook with an apoc game coming up June 2nd.

"I was never a Son of Horus. I was and remain a Luna Wolf. A proud son of Cthonia, a loyal servant of the Emperor."
Recasts are like Fight Cub. No one talks about it, but more people do it then you realize.
Armies.
Luna Wolves 4,000 Points
Thousand Sons 4,000 Points. |
