Nice and simple, basically a big Plaguebearer. I like it.

How tall is a GW Daemon Prince for comparison?

Thank you ! He is 8cm, slightly taller than GW plastic prince.

Alternative weapon: axe?
Maybe some attachable wings?

Nice ideas !
For the wings, unfortunately, the miniatures doesn't have anything on it's back to attach them on :(
I like the plaguelingette, i'm working on it ! Pics coming at the end of the day
About the alternative weapon, the axe makes sens rule wise, but the scythe is more in the theme... well anyway there is still time to figure out the second strech goal

30% on the first day is quite encouraging, thank you all for backing and support !

I'm almost done sculpting the plaguelingette, but I can't get a good picture of it, it's too small :(

I'm at a con this week end so hopefully some will succed where I failed

Thank you all I always wanted to be a miniature sculptor and it's finaly becoming true !

You have a DSLR and a tripod? Shouldn't be that diffcult. Or maybe you can borrow them from someone for a day?
A macro objective would be a great help, but not essential.

Definetly a scythe! Ideally with the end of the shaft touching the ground and him holding it near the blade, would look great with his pose

Allright, I'm making a scythe count-as axe then Next, a second claw !

I didn't realize it's only a one week campaign - just FYI folks so no one accidentally misses it!

And that is excellent about the weapons

I like the extra claw. Pledged!

This space is intentionally left blank.

Some armour perhaps? For the discerning CSM Daemon Prince..

How about a sci-fi cannon poking out of the downward-pointing arm?

Thank y'all for your ideas !!

Armor and canon are great ideas... but the miniature is at the caster, so i can't sculpt an armore that would properly fit him ...
What i can do is post a tutorial on how to easily sculpt corroded armor ! I garantee you anybody can do it !

Same for the canon, It's a 10minutes, no brainer job

Hi there !

Updates about the Plague Demon Prince. I received the miniatures this morning ! Feels great ! I'll do the shipping tomorow.

An update on this, as I received it last Thursday (Germany):

Sculpt is pretty good and exactly what was promised during the KS.
Stretch goals are shipped separately because he didn't want to delay the initial shipping.
Very recommendable.

The casting is not so good. Bubbles, mould slipping and the edges (sword mainly) are very soft.
The resin is also very brittle, making it a bit annoying to work with.

All in all, I would give it a 7/10.

I added Plague Drones wings to mine.

A few pics after cleaning and assembly.

Spoiler:

Bubble holes that still need filling.

Bad edges on the sword, couldn't clean it up better.

Thank you for your review Hanskrampf ! Those wings are a gorgeous addition. I"m amazed by the quality of you pics, too.

I agree with you about the casting, I find it mediocre. Wich was surprising considering how much praise I heard about GRX. Not to mention their lack of comunication ( I asked twice about the casting delays, twice ignored )
Took them more than 2 mounth to do the casting. With Fenryll it was 1 mounth. I paid 7,5 € tax included. Do you think I shoul pick another caster ?

About the edges of the sword, I think it's on me. I did my best to sculpt some plague-ish swords but obviously I have a lot to learn.

I hope you will still find enyoyment in painting and playing it.
