Does skullreaver do mortals on 6's to wound against all units or only against titans?

Re-roll all failed wound rolls for this weapon when targeting a TITANIC unit. Each time you make a wound roll of 6+ for this weapon, the target suffers D3 mortal wounds in addition to the normal damage.

All units.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"

The 6+ affect applies to all targets.

Oh my god I need to quit being lazy when I play. I thought it dealt 1 mortal wound on a 6+, not d3 mortal wounds!

Thanks for the prompt feedback - I'll raise you one further - for crimson crown, does the 6+ extra attack apply to ranged weapons as well? For example could an obliterator shoot again with its weapon?

Each time you make a wound roll of 6+ for a friendly KHORNE DAEMON unit within 6" of the bearer of the Crimson Crown, the model that made that attack can immediately make an extra attack against the same target using the same weapon. These extra attacks cannot themselves generate any further attacks.

Since it does not specify fight phase only, it will work any time you make a to wound roll of 6+, even in the shooting phase.

It works with all weapons. If it only worked in the fight phase, it would say as much. Keep in mind you only get a single attack, even with a multi-shot weapon, you don't "shoot again".
