Do depravity points stack from non fighting phase inflicted wounds (e.g magic or seeker chariot impact mortal wounds)?

Magic, I would say yes. I'll have to see about seeker chariots. I want to say yes, but dunno.

It doesn’t list any specific phase in the rules. I have been using them for things like Seekers charges and such since it is the Seeker inflicting the Wounds.

The only exception would be Endless Spells as Endless Spells are considered separate models.
