Yes, I have models for all this, and yes, I have finished 6 rounds at tournaments with lists almost this large.

Tactical considerations:
I have nine blind drops, minimum, before my opponent sees a thing.
Recently I have come to appreciate the power of 37 lasgun rounds coming in from outflank and laying into some poor objective camper. So why not bring 74 rounds?
Everyone has to bring something against knights, right? Multi-wound weaponry wants to target... my 54" range mortars. That's it. And then the rough riders when they come in. Wasted firepower.
I have so many command points I can burn a bunch on waiting to deploy my devs until I know if I have turn 1. They usually shoot when they die, WILL hit with that chapter master, and with the stratagems will end up dealing mortal wounds on my opponent's turn. Before the apothecary resurrects them or the armorium cherubs.
You have Cadians? I'll start 30.5" away. What're you going to do? Retreat your bubble wrap 6"?
Options. What do you think of these possible modifications?
A) Drop the apothecary, turn the drop trooper squads into another Tallarn infantry squad, remove some plasma guns & the autocannon from the infantry squads. Add two Tallarn special weapon squads with 3 plasma guns each. Because Elysians are a separate data sheet and MOAR OUTFLANKING PLASMA!!! (now I just need to buy 6 more plasma guns...)
B) Drop the apothecary, squeeze out some more points, and pick up 2 more scout squads... and 4 more command points & board control? (I think not)
