IMO not even remotely close to the amount of CPs it takes to keep this list running past turn 1

The winner of the BAO only had 7 CP (super heavy detachment and spearhead) and OPs list has 12. CP and strategems are very powerful in 8th edition, but a good player with a solid list can win with tactics and good list-building alone. It looks like OPs list is pretty aggressive and could cripple an opponent in one turn so he shouldn't need a ton of CP for the late game.
